Ingredients:
20g chaga chunks / 1 litre chaga tea
1 cinnamon stick
1 inch ginger
3 cardamom pods
5 cloves
1 tsp black peppercorns
Dash of honey to taste
Dash of milk to taste
Serves four people
Instructions:
Brew chaga chunks to create tea. Brewing time depends on preferred strength. Ensure chunks are only gently simmered and not boiled.
Add cinnamon stick, sliced ginger, cardamom pods and black peppercorns in the last 30 minutes of brewing the tea.
Serve in mugs or glasses with a dash of honey and milk to taste.

Ingredients:
4g reishi slices / 1 litre reishi tea
juice of 1 lemon
2 tbsp honey
handful raspberries
handful blueberries
ice cubes
Serves four people
Instructions:
Brew reishi slices to create tea. Allow to cool. Add to blender.
Add the juice of one lemon and honey.
Add a handful of raspberries and blueberries.
Blend ingredients until smooth.
Serve punch in glasses over ice cubes. Add a few whole berries to each glass.

10g chaga chunks / 500ml chaga tea
1 banana
2 medjool dates
2 tbsp raw cocoa powder
2 tbsp pure almond butter
2 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp ground cinnamon
pinch sea salt
Serves two people
Instructions:
Brew chaga chunks to create tea. Allow to cool. Add to blender.
Chop banana. Remove pits from dates. Add to blender.
Add cocoa powder, almond butter, chia seeds, cinnamon and sea salt.
Blend ingredients until smooth.
Serve smoothie in two glasses.
Tip: Add two shots of coffee for a caffeine boost.

25g ginger
35g tamarind paste
75g turmeric
25g honey
1 lime
1 chaga tea bag
1 reishi tea bag
1L filtered or spring water
Serves four people
Instructions:
Brew chaga and reishi tea together. Allow to cool. Add to blender.
Peel (if required) and chop fresh ginger and turmeric. Add to blender.
Add tamarind paste, honey and lime juice.
Blend ingredients until smooth.
Add rest of filtered water to blender. Blend again.
Pour into jug and refrigerate.
Serve tonic drink in glasses garnished with lime slices.
